Call up view maintenance ?

Hi Experts,

what is this call up view maintenance & view cluster maintenance ?

i just try to update the values in FBRC004, then the system asking to copy the data from some other client ?

My process in inter company clearing using the T.code F.2E

When I launch the transaction F.2E I have this error message "No companies are set up to be reconciled".

again i checked with the T.code FBIC032, then there is no entries found that match selection criteria.

so i proceed to update the values..

Is am doing the correct way or not ?
