I'm very large volume of instances in BO, someone has some way to bulk delete?

Hello Luis,

What you need is to set instance limits on folders or on groups and the system will automaticaly remove excess instances.

Admin guide will have this explained in more details.

Hi,

If I have understood it right, you can control this in CMC, go to folders, select your report and then establish limits.

I some how understand that u have too many variables in your report ,and u were worrying about some one may change or delete your created variables right ?

if so then goto CMC and use restrictions for ur report .so that no can access it. if u want to show report(view) then add access to view mode for other users .
