Hi to all,
I just want to ask why the stocks in MMBE does not deduct it's quantity. The material usage was properly encoded.
Any help in highly appreciated.
Many Thanks,
Richard
Hi Richard,
Can you please elaborate more in details?
MMBE actually showing the actual or real-time stock status. Can i know what kind of transaction do you meant? Good movement?
Thanks

hi Richard,
as soon you confirm some quantity by CO11N (mov. 101 for finish.prod and 261 for component) you will see that unrestricted used has been increased
say, i had 618 cases (unrestricted use). after prod. order confirmation (i confirmed 40) looking at MMBE i see 658 cases there
regards,
p.s. sorry..i guess you were after components? do you have 'Backflush' indicator 1 or 2 in your master data (MRP 2 view)?
doing confirmations system executes:
-Updating order data (for example, quantities, activities, dates, status)
-Backflushing of components
-Automatic goods receipt (for one operation per order max.)
-Capacity reduction in the work center
-Updating costs based on confirmed data
-Updating MRP-relevant excess or missing quantities in the order
Confirmation of production order and goods issue of raw materials to production are two independent things. You can combine the two events through something call backflush. If you activate backflush, confirmation and stock reduction happen at the same time. You can more research on this in the PP forums, though.

Hi,
Generally in MMBE the quantiy update will be according to the transactions. Please check in the PO history of the material. Whether the transactions have run in proper manner. If yes, will update in MMBE. Thanking you.

MMBE table is not updated, once a transaction is completed. Check with your basis team.
