Mi01 automatic sys stock

For doing Physical inventory check in MI01,

I entered Plant, Sloc then system wants me to enter all the material........suppose i have 1 lakh material for that sloc how will i enter it manually

1. if i enter plant and sloc what ever material were there system should prepare a physical inv doc automatically rite?

2. In case if i enter it manually how to see the report of the physical inv doc created in MI01.......?

    Hi,

    if you enter the plant and s.location then physical inventory will be done for all the materials which are available in plant an storage location.

    standard reports for physical inventory.

    MI22

    MI23

    MIDO

    MI24

    Hi,

    1.You can create physical inventory document for the materils automatically in MI31by giving selection parameters like plant & storage location.

    2.You need to create the physical inventory document manually in MI01. Hence can display the physical inventory documents created manually in MI03. Thanking you.
