Hello!

What you is:

1) define systems in your SAP Solution Manager (tcode SMSY)

2) define logical components

3) define a solution containing these systems (tcode SOLMAN_WORKCENTER or DSWP)

In your managed systems you can check the schedule of EWA via tcode SDCCN.

If something wrong there, try to run the Maintenance job there.

You also need of course a BACK-RFC to your SAP Solution Manager from the managed system.

Good luck!

Hello,

You have already been provided the Best Practice setup document, however if you still have a red flag you might wantt o review this wiki on the subject.

Thanks everyone,

i solved the problem by deleting and creating new refresh service definitions. Got the EWA alerts.

Hi,

When you are configuring the EWA you need to make sure RFC SAPOSS should work fine.

If this RFC is not working you cannot generate the EWA report.

And also check above our pal suggested sap standard link.

I hope this will help you.

SMD agent is not needed for ABAP stack EWA report.

Read the document once more, to verify if you missed a step -
