Can't Enable Dashboard Widget

I have upgraded a client system to 8.81 PL08 (with HOTFIX). They didn't have the B1 integration before so I installed it fresh. Everything checks out when I run the eventsender setup and connects ok, but, when I check the "Enable Dashboard Widget" box in general settings and choose Update I get the error "Ensure Sap Business One Integration Service and SAP Business One Event Sender Service Started.

They are both started. I've tried an uninstall and fresh install. I've stopped and restarted the services. Nothing seems to work. I've waited for at least 30 minutes after starting.

Any ideas?

if it not work then again uninstall and DELETE all FILE FROM TEMP folder and C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Integration

This note says that a manual adjustment is not longer necessary after PL08, which is the patch we installed.

I will try a reinstall with removing the temp folder as I didn't do that on the latest reinstall.

Could've an issue with event sender. Most patch level of 8.81 have this issue. Only installs that we're implemented before would work. Pl 9 with most of dashboard and integration tool bugs solved.

Applied resolutions under "1.9 The request dashboard does not exist." of note 1619422 - B1ic_Troubleshooting Guide for B1ic Dashboard/Cockpit and the problem has been resolved.
