Assessments under FI

Hello Experts

We are using ECC 6.0 with new GL funcitonality.

We are planning to implement the assessment cyles process through General Ledger.

I have created the Assessment Cycle through T.Code FAGLGA11, surprisingly, when choose to SAVE the master data, the system is asking the configuration request.

Is it really a configuration one ? Is there any other T.Code where it is a master data ( like available under Controlling module - assessment cycles)?
