Hi Experts,
Am absolutely new to Appraisal. I have to design an Appraisal form.
First Part is common with Goals and Objectives to be rated.
Second Part consists of Performance Assesment. This part has differents Competencies depending on Employee Group.
Third part is where the trainings attended with dates and Trainings which the employee should under go next year are to be mentioned. This part consists of all free text columns.
First Part i could manage.
Second Part too, i guess i will desing separate forms Employee Grade wise. But am cnfused with how to maintain Default Text in the Objectives Column (like Strategic Thinking, Poblem Solving, etc)
Third Part, i have absolutely no clue how to create free text columns, and date columns.
Can you please help how to go about it? This is urgent requirement.
