Service Order Management - In legacy process our client is maintaining FIR(Field Information Report), service technician goes to the customer place and updates which are the products required for repair or which are the products need to be returned. This happens before Service Order Quotation. In CRM how can we maintain this process?

For this scenario you can create an Activity in the system, in which you can maintain all the products to be serviced.
On confirmation you can create a service order quotation from the activity.
