Files are missing

Hi,

We have File(NFS) -> File(FTP) scenario in production environment. We have developed only ID part for this scenario.

Sender is sending file in increasing order 1,2,3.....

Sender File adapter - EO

Receiver file adapter mode - Create

Issue - Many times file did not reach to receiver.

checked IE & AE count. If IE count is 206 AE count will be 204. Files gets missed at AE.

Please suggest.

    Hi,

Check if you have configured the right directories/ server

and any other adapter is polling the same directories/server.

you can also check the file adapter log (if there are any activities) and check

runtime workbench->component monitoring -> Integration Server -> adapter engine ->adapter monitoring (in status tab)-> File -> your adapter.

    regards,

    ganesh.

In Moni all messages are showing successful.

no other adapter is picking up the file.

Checked in CC monitoring no message is in error.

Client is getting files at there FTP server , only some of them are missing.

This is not happening daily betn 2..3 days 1 or 2 files are getting miss.
