IMG Path : SAP NetWeaver -> General Settings -> Check Units of Measurement
Enter T - CODE : CUNI select VOLUME from drop down Click Units of measurement and add unit of measure that your requirement.

Hi,
You can create your own Unit of measure in t.code: CUNI & then enter in material master during creation of material in MM01.
