ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT DOES NOT EXIST error in WORKLOAD REASSIGNMENT

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.1 ECS.

The issue we are facing is that when we goto transaction WORKLOAD REDISTRIBUTIOn with the BUYER login,the error "ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT DOES NOT EXIST" appears.

Please advise.

user affected is all fine in org structure

Found the solution - user's position has to be assigned under a Purchasing Group org unit.

We are on SRM 7.02 classic scenario & are facing the same error.

User is assigned in org. structure with valid BP, supplier synchronization in IMG is set correctly.

How did you resolve your error ?

I am facing the same issue. BP assigned correctly, synchronization is correct. What did you do to fix the problem?

plz check that 5*************** EXIST IN ORG STRUCTURE OR NOT.

or check the assigned user(buyer) is existing or not or run bbpomintegrate for that buyer.(repair the user so that object link will be rebuilt)

Also check for the relevant settings under the SRM spro node " Settings for Supplier Synchronization" .

The 5****** unut does exist in ORG structure.

Also I checked the user(Buyer) and there are no errors through USERS_GEN.

Any other pointers??
