Message “In Processing Backorder” t. CO09

Hi,

We are using GATP in APO to run the backorder process. When I go to the CO09 transaction it shows an APO screen. There is one line that is showing me the sales order with the message: u201CIn Processing (Backorder processing)u201D. I checked in APO and the Backorder is already finished. How could I solve this, so that the message disappears?

What is the status of the BOP results (/SAPAPO/BOP_RESULT)? If it is not 'X' (Update completed) then you must either perform the update, or delete the 'non-X' BOP results.

If all of your BOP results are X, then try to clear Temporary quantity assignments (/SAPAPO/AC06). These are Product Availability, make sure you check all four types.

It is very strange. I already deleted the not X Backorder status and the temporary quantity assignments and the message is still there. I tried to disconfirm the quantity through the Backorder interactive (SAPAPO/BOPI), but it does not let me because the sales order is "unkonwn". When I clic it tells me that the requeriment was deleted adn it shows me: Requirement unknown / Position the number it shows me in the CO09 transaction.

Is there any way I can delete that line? or disconfirm that quantity in APO?

Sounds like your order has become internally inconsistent. I am going to assume that you have no enhancements that may be affecting this result.

First run program SDRQCR21 in R/3 against this material/plant..

Now go into SCM. Run /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 against this product/location. Make sure you select 'Check SD order Tables', deselect 'Test Indicator'.

FYI you should also probably run these two programs in batch jobs periodically.

If this doesn't work, it could be anything. There are a number of programs available to reconcile some of the more obscure discrepancies. You can search in OSS, or you can raise a message with SAP.
