Depreciation calculation

Hello Guys

I am trying to understand how SAP gets the 'percentage ' value on the display depreciation screen? I am guessing that it has something to do with the useful life but I can't tie out my numbers to the SAP value.

I am talking about the value in AS03- Asset values( on the planned dep tab) click display depreciation calculation.
