Hi,
Currently i can view only 25 entries of the current date in the audit log for the communication channel. htere were few errors that would have happened in the past week for which i am not able to view the channel logs...is there a way to see those errors in the past that happened when the channel was polled?

It's certainly due to the retention delay which is too short for the CC log (I have the same problem with CC) : bad to get an error, but good for performance...
in RWB > Message Monitoring > Audit log, if you're lucky the deletion delay of this log is not the same, and you will have some info.
Otherwise, in my mind the CC log is keep in log file(s) on PI server itself (in fact server of AE). So contact your admin team to get them.

I don't think it's different in PI 7.0 (vs PI 7.11)
it beleived it was known by everybody...as it's Message Monitoring (!)....Anyway...
so here's the step by step to goto "Audit Log":
RWB > Message Monitoring > choose Adapter Engine from "Database" > Display (button).
Start your filtering (to select your interface)
among the list which appears, select a message and use button "Details".
So window popup appears... and you have three tabs, including "Audit log". Others are "Message Data" and "Message Content".
