IC Context area buttons missing.!

Hi,

I'm new to CRM. The system is upgraded from CRM 6.0 to CRM 7.0. For the Business Role Interaction Center Agent, The scratch pad and End button goes missing. The context area is configured according to the requirements. Everything seems to be fine when I compared with existing sytem(CRM 6.0). Is there anything I should do as in configuration settings. Please help me if someone has overcomed this issue.
