Unable to display infoobject name in Crystal "field explorer"

I am attempting to use Crystal v10 to format my Bex reports. When I select the Bex query that I want to use as my source, I don't always see the descriptive or tecnical name of the infoobject from Bex in the field explorer of Crystal. This problems only appears on some queries. There are some queries that seem to display the name just fine. For example instead of seeing:

Fiscal Year for 0fiscper I see...

m~[53239dkfjadkja;lskdfj;a;]

Has anyone seen this? Any ideas?
