The scenario is as follows:
My company is currently using SAP ERP CS and is considering a switch over to SAP CRM Service.
However, the business wants to know specifically about the benefits or the salient features of SAP CRM Service and what advantages it has over SAP ERP CS.
I am looking for any information that highlights the differences between the both and also the benefits of switching to CRM Service.
Kindly provide some pointers regarding this.
