Document Contains Errors -> Approval not Possible

Hi Eveyone,

When one of the user is trying to approve the shopping cart, he is getting the below error.

"Document Contains error -> Approval not possible".

I have done the initial analysis by checking the user id and everything seems to be fine because the user has approved one more shopping cart on the same day without any problem.

Could you please provide me on some suggestions to sort out the above. Thanks in advance.

Finally i have found that the concern is related to the assignment of G/L account. As the business user has created the shopping cart and put it in hold after some approval. In the mean time, the G/L account assignment has been changed for the specific material group. After that the user has kept the shopping cart in active status.

At that time when one of the user is trying to approve the shopping cart, he/she was getting that error.

Check if the Shopping cart has any errors when you order it.

Net value of the shopping cart may be over the user approval limit, BBP_APPROVAL_LIMIT.

I have already checked via BBP_PD and there were no errors.

Its related to functional approval and i dont think there is a concern in spend limit approval. Pleasea advise.
