Business Connector 4.8 and BAPI

Hello Gurus

I am new to Business Connector.

We have recently installed SAP Business Connector 4.8. The page opens up when we use the URL http://hostname:5555. On the left side there are tabs. In Adapters we have three links Routing, SAP and Database. When i click on them nothing happen. Do i need to activate any adapters to have them running.

Also the ABAP developers want to connect a BAPI created in R3 system to BC. The BS has been installed on the R/3 DEV server. The RFC Connections have been established. It's working fine.

Can anyone please help me on how to enable the tabs SAP, Routing and Database under ADAPTERS? Also how to connect BAPI created in R/3 to Business Connector 4.8

Hi,

you need to install the relevant packages to view those tabs...

once installed you will be able to add new routings,sap connections and databases....

To call bapi you need to establish the connection with R/3 under sap systems tab..then you can be able to import that bapi....

It was a browser issue. All the tabs work fine in Mozilla.
