ADDING new field to standard screen

Hi

In transaction PIQST00 -

>select any student------>choose the button "create admission/admission application" --> then select

-

>"create admission application"

I want to add 1 more field "application status reason" and "reason id" at the last of the form

For this i have already added field in standard table PIQSTADM--->CI_PAD530

to paste it from dictionary it is asking for the key

or i am suppose to use "screen exit"

plz help how to do that
