Wbs from internal order in MIGO

Dear All,

we want to post goods issue against internal order with movement type 261 and transaction code Mb1a and MIGO.

We are try to goods issue with reference of internal order but we are not able to enter WBS in Migo screen.

now we want to wbs come from internal order because wbs is already maintained in Equipment and Internal order.

Hi MUKESH DWIVEDI,

Maybe you tried to customise this before, but, is it not working?

You can customise "PS_PSP_PNR" for the movement type 261 for MIGO.

It can be done on SPRO > Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Settings for Enjoy Transactions > Settings for Goods Movements (MIGO) > Field Selection per Mvt Type

There, include into the movement type 261, the field: PS_PSP_PNR.

But, if you made this before and still cannot see this into MIGO, please, let me know what kind of material are you using?

I have already configure it but when we will select order for good issue wbs field has hide.

Hi Hi MUKESH DWIVEDI,

That is different, I thought you were only introducing WBS and not the order too.

For that, you need to maintain the WBS element into the Order Master Data. It can be done with KO02 transaction.

But, if you have more than 1 WBS assigned to the Order, I can suggest that you can check this with the Finance team.

Hi,

goods issue for production order in migo with mvt.type 261 with special stock indicator 'Q' after, u can see the wbs field then

u have to inputs plant, st.loc,qty, wbs & post the document.

Hi,

Try posting goods issue through MIGO.

After entering the order, system will show the line items (components).

Initially, the WBS element field will be shown as hidden.

But once you enter "Q" in the special stock field of MIGO line item, WBS element field will be shown for entry.

Then you can enter a suitable WBS and post it.
