Sales Order in Service

We are implementing CRM Sales & Service for our client, my requirement is when a service order is created, there is a chance of sales order gets created, does these sales orders can be created in CRM or we have to create them in ERP only.

Hi,

You can create Sales order in CRM and it automatically replicates into ECC. Please take care of Number ranges. In ECC number range for Sales order should be Internal and in CRM it should be maintained as external (with same number range).

Also, in service scenario, while creating Service orders in CRM, if you add any sales item to a service order, corresponding sales order will be created automatically in ECC.

You can create a sales order in CRM itself and replicate the same in ECC through middleware.
