If we attach a file to a supplier invoice & save the document, the system does not permit to delete/replace the file though the option is available in the system.
Can somebody suggest the reason for the same....

You can delete the attachment if you have saved the document. However, if the invoice is posted the attachments cannot be deleted.
Please see the attachment where the document is saved but not posted. We can still delete the file that is attached.
