Block In-Transit Stock from GATP

Were looking for a way to block only 1 specific storage location from GATP, when its classified as in transit for return deliveries(i.e. prior to PGR). Technically, I'm not even sure if these materials are part of this storage location if they are in transit though. There is a selection param in GATP which, if deselected, will not include intrans stock, but we still need to account for STOs etc.

Any thoughts guys?
