Hi Experts,
I have created a custom access level for End users and it is working good apart from one issue.In genral the End users should not have right to create folders .So i haven't assigned any specific rights for them to create any folders.It is working good till the level of folder(Security) and subfolders(FI) which i have assigned to the user and they are not able to create folders.But this is not apllying to the top level folder where when user login to BO Client and goto folder area he see the parent folder 'Public Folder'and when he rightclick he is able to create new folder .The name of Public folder is not available in the folder area also which i cannot restirct.Pls let me know how to restrict.I

Hi,
you have to deny the right "create object" on Root Level for the Group "Everyone"
Go to -> CMC -> Folders -> Manage -> Top Level Security -> All Folders
Uncheck the inheritance, otherwise this gets also applied to your Subfolders
