SCREEN RESOLUTION PARAMETERS FOR ITS MOBILE

Hi Gurus,

I am new to ITS mobile architecture.

How do you set the screen resolution :

Scenario : when we are trying to access GUi based Applcations,through the web ,everytime i log into the gun, the screens look very small and i had to ZOOM IN/ZOOM OUT, so is there a way we can fix the resolution,so that it fits the screen size of the mobile device, instead of zooming IN/OUT??

We are using IE for the browser and device is Intermec CK71.

I am just curious if i am supposed to include any parameters???/If yes can anyone please help me out on those parameters and where exactly do i have to include them???
