Production line field is blank in COOIS

Hello ,

When I am executing a COOIS report for a production order , the field Production line is blank .

When I am executing the planned order using COOIS , there is a data in the production line field.

Can anyone help me to know the difference why system is behaving in a different manner for a planned order and a production order.

Hi Sujit,

Generally This production line field is used in REM environment in which this is copied to planned order ( PE Type) which act as Run schedule quantity, so when you check planned order through COOIS for PE planned order types then it will show the production line

we can have this production line as work center in discrete as well, but this production line are work centers with category 0007 which more often used in REM, that's why REM transactions are having this production line field as selection parameter as well.

Did you check if there is a production version with a production line assigned to the planned order? Sometimes the production version is not read by MRP, therefore, the production line is not considered for the planned order.
