We are setting the integration between SAP Contact Center and Gateway
The integration is not working because when we call the phone number that we are using for this test the phone system says the phone number is not available, but when we delete the integration, the phone system says a message by the extension (In this case, it works correct).
I’m not sure if the problem is:
I would like to know if I have any tool or ways that they let me check where the problem is.
I mean, Can we test the SAP Contact Center setting without Gateway integration?
