How to export report from an ivew

Hi,

I've created a .net iview which contains crystal reports.Now I want to download reports into different formats like pdf or xls.How can I do this.The codes which I used in .net web application are not working here.pls help.

Hi,

the iView are shipped as samples in our SAP integration Kit and use the SDK for Business Objects Enterprise to show reports or offer a list of reports. When viewing the reports the standard DHTML Viewer will be used and you can export the reports.

If you want to create an iView which offers the capability of showing a report and export it you can build that based on the SDK for Business Objects Enterprise.

If you got the Netweaver stack or BW you also got the OEM Version of Crystal Enterprise.

that comes with the samples and the complete documentation for the SDKs

Important : v 10 supports EP6 SP02. v XI supports EP6 SP03 and higher.

Currently v 10 is in the OEM.

Business Objects Enterprise includes several sample iViews for the SAP Portal. These iViews are either showing a specific report, or a list of reports or a preview of reports.

Depending on the version of the software we support specific EP version.

Business Objects Enterprise XI supports EP6 SP03 and higher.

Can u tell me abt these iviews in some detail.As for now I am creating iviews using PDK.NET. These iviews have crystalreportviewer control to display reports. And I want to export these reports in different formats(pdf,xls etc).Can u tell me how to do this.

In my case data is coming from sql server not from SAP. And I dont know how to point data from SAP to crystal report.
