Changing print format from G_RAW to A4 ?

Hello,

for a customer we implemented production order forms. The forms work fine, but when we send it to the printer the format alway is G_RAW. As the printer has problems with this format, we changed the format within the form (form bulider) to A4.

But the changes within the form-settings doesn't affect the output-format G_RAW.

Can anyone help me changing the print format from G_RAW to DIN A4. What is missing ?
