Hello Aditya,

The message may be because a macro may be changing the value of that keyfigure.

When you do the drill-down, the system saves the values in the liveCache (function /sapapo/ts_dm_set is called) but this is not allowed for the user , therefore the message 'You do not have authorization to change the key figure data of ZCAPOSLY' appears.

The authority assigned to user does not only apply for a manual change but also for changes done by macros.

Please check USER EXIT "EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLMCPR_015" may help to customize your requirement.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Nithin,

Yes, you are right when we are trying to drill down the system try to save data.

As the user does not have authorization to change the data the system is giving the message.

But in security user exit (EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLMCPR_015 or include ZXDMUSERU15) we haven't changed any authorizations.

But in the system they have maintained these authorizations manually (in production not in development) so we are getting this message. And this authorizations are correct.

What I want to know is which macro (name of the macro) invokes the changes in the ZCAPOSLY key figure.

As per end user the authorizations are correct so what we need to find out is the macro and then we can change the macro logic.

If you suggest a way to find out the macro name which triggers these changes that would be help full.

Thanks & Regards,

Aditya.

Hello Aditya,

I can't tell you the macro name since i don't have access to your system. There may be many macros for that respective planning book/data view. You need to check each macro to come to know which macro is causing this.

You know the planning book/data view. Goto /sapapo/advm, search for that planning book/data view, double click, see the macros inside. First you can check for "Level change" macros on the top right hand side since issue is with drill down. Then drag and drop the macros from the left to the main area. See the logic inside the macro which is changing that keyfigure.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and Regards,

Nithin.
