Return PO(STO-Inter CC) not visible in APO, but visible in ECC

Hello,

Return PO(Stock Transfer - inter CC) was created in ECC, but not visible in category BI in APO. I'm confused why category BI (Stock Transfer Order) in APO didn't collect the quantity of the return PO. Could you please give me some instruction for it?

Thanks & Regards,

Quanyin

can you confirm the category of Return PO???

and check if this stock category falls into BI category.

ALso, check if ur CIF model is able to pick this Return PO category.

Thanks,

Hi,

I think category BG is for Return PO based on its description (Purchase Order return item).

I simulate the case in our sandbox system, and seams the Return PO can not be captured by category BG in APO, but also no PO relevant enhancement has been done in CIF, thus I think maybe we need to customize a new category for picking this return PO into Planning Book. Still more testing for this.

If you have any new updates, Please share with us here.

Hi,

As we know category BG is for return PO, but when I added it into Distribution Receipt (Planned) key figure, the return PO created in ECC and whose CIF has been activated can not be capatured by the key figure.

I would like to know if we have to do more other activities after one category is added into one specific category group which has been assigned to the key figure Distribution Receipt (Planned) in planning area XXXX, such as initialize planning area again or consistency check for existing time series, or other acitivites.

Thanks & Regards,

HI,

Can you check you stock levels after CIF?

what I am trying to say is. for e.g. you have stock of 100 units. now you get a return PO, 20 quantity. I hope it increases the un restricted stock level, so it will be now 120.

so your first CIF should give you 100. and second CIF 120.

I doubt if CIF can identify it as return PO qty.

correct me if wrong.

Thanks,

Regards,

sandeep
