After function ‘CVEB_RDOS_SEND’ Report Shipping Order was set to status ER

Hi,

I try to send an MSDS (in PDF format and prepared by WWI) via communication Type 'INT' (mail via Internet).

In the Flow Trace of the Shipping Order I found following information:

Generation of shipping order was started

Generation of shipping order complete

Status switch from Bundled to Generated

The report shipping order was set to status GE (Generated)

Hi Günther,

I think this might be a customizing issue with two possible sources (It looks like the document did get generated without errors):

• Check the bundle size for INT under the EH&S Customizing called "Specify Shipping Objects". Please not the size here is in Bytes. Check if the generated PDF file is bigger then the defined here and just it accordingly.

or

• Check if you have under "Specify Communication" the "Comm.type" INT set with "Sdf" = "PDF".

Thanks for your quick answer.

I have checked the bundle size for INT under the EH&S Customizing called "Specify Shipping Objects":

- The Shipping Object 'STD_MAIL' has as value '1000000 Bytes'

- The size of my generated PDF is 250 KB

=> So normaly no problem about the size of the PDF

I have checked the Comm.type 'INT':

- the entry with comm.type u2018INTu2019 and sdf u2018PDFu2019 exists (with output format 'PDF' and Disp./Backup format 'PDF')

Any other suggestion?

I have solved the problem.

In the Customisation 'Shipping Reason' the flags 'Cover sheet' and 'Acknow. receipt' disabled and no error anymore.
