OCI-21500: internal error code, arguments: [koxsihread1]

Hi all

We are in process to upgrade SAP R/3 4.7 to ECC6 EHP5 . Currently we have oracle 9.2.0.8. we need to upgrade oracle to

10.2.0.4. We have installed 10.2.0.1 and than applied patch for 10.2.0.4. But we are getting dump while upgradeing oracle database.we have tried both upgrades -manaul upgrade with catupgrd.sql script and DBUA. But it is giving us error like:

OCI-21500: internal error code, arguments: [koxsihread1], [0], [0],[4], [], [], [], []

if it is bug than kindly suggest us the BUG detials and patch. This is our urgent requirement
