Table which stores data of Notes tab-title in Insurance claim:iclcdc02

Hi,

I am looking for Table which stores data of Notes tab-title in Insurance claim tcode iclcdc02.In iclactivity-text,it does not contain the value I saved in the tcode.

Please suggest.

Tables for Insurance Claim ICL*,not able to locate the updated values in NOTES tab for the claim?

Not sure what you're looking for...but I work with the I/S Insurance system. The config for this (transactions ICLIMG) is in table TICL090, 090T. The notes are stored in SAP Office, in tables named like SOOD, etc. Table ICLNOTE and its shadow ICSNOTE contain reference to the notes that you see in the notes tab.

If you're not familiar with command SSEQ_DIAG, go to notes screen and enter this command. Expand the display and you will find that the note table displayed in the ALV is obtained with "call function 'ICL_GOS_GET_NOTES'.

In my situation, the Notes tab displays the title I entered on the note entry screen and the communications type that I chose.

If I could make a further suggestion...there are literally hundreds of function modules in I/S Insurance to do all sorts of things, whether creating new notes, changing, etc., getting tables/structures from memory and returning, etc. In this particular industry solution, you would want to search the ICL* named function modules....SAP probably already does what you need....just need to find the right module....
