Setting an Infotype Mandatory in Hiring Action

Kindly suggest how to set an Infotype as mandatory in Hiring Action so that user cann't skip that infotype.

Go for User Exit or Try to make atleast one field as mandatory in each infotype through screen modifications and second option is a guess so test it

How to go for user exit could u please elaborate.

means by what logic it is to be triggered.

Or else we can give certain fields of info-types that must be entered during processing against action type. But how it'll stop skipping an infotype by user.

Give the sequence of the infotypes to the ABAP and he will write the logic , Ask him to check the Data of the Infotype exists or not before saving record the previous record data should exists in the system ortherwise throw error.

Hi,

The Actions only allow a series of Infotypes to be created/Saved by an employee,however the skip arrow is always available to him and that is why they skip.To make infotype mandatory you will have to go with User exit.Search forum for threads on User exit for infotypes.
