    Hi Devi...

Actually without installing the BI Statistics i have installed SD Reports, that's the reason performance is very slow

I dont know how can you improve the perfomance by installing BI Statistics !!!

BW statistics is nothing but the SAP deliverd 1multiprovider and 5 cubes which can get the statistics of the objects developed. We have to enable and activate the BW statistics for particular objects which you want to see the statistics and to gather required data. But this no way will improve the performance. But we can analyze the statistics data and based on the data can decide on the ways to improve performance i.e. setting the read mode, compression, partitioning, creation of aggregates etc.....

Correct me if I am wrong !!!

    Installation of BI statistics

    Hi,

BI statistics is not related to the performance it is related to the inforbout the information (statistics about the Querys,DTP ,PC...etc...)

You can find the information like how many time user has executed the report,DTP execution, Process chain statistics etc...

hence stats is not the performance improvement toll

Once you you have installed the Business content then you can load the data like normal extraction (SD,FI or Flat file dataflow )Loading the

Check the below link then you can get an idea about the BI stats and its way of process .

    Hi Devi,

BW statistics will not improve the performance, but we can use statistics data to analyze and find ways to improve performance based on that.

Once you you have installed the Business content then you can load the data using process chains, like other data loads.

You can check the performance using report Aggregated Query Runtime Statistics: Analysis 0TCT_MC01_Q0200.

But query statistics should be loaded, otherwise the above reoprt will not display any output.

    Thanks,

    Vinod
