Failed to retrieve data from database

Dear all,

I was newly installed BOE 3.1 + Integration kit (client)+ crystal reports 2008 SP3 on windows XP OS

I am able to create crystal report on BW query in development environment and

the same which i was doing at production environment i am getting an error " Failed to retrieve data from data base "

and "Database connector Error :Function Module "/Crystal/MDX_GET_stream_INFO" not found.'

i have checked "Allow external Access for this query" in the Bex .

i have not installed integration kit on server...

did i am missing any thing let me know..
