Maintenance Optimizer issue: not able to select BASIC DATA

Hi Experts,

We have installed solution manager 7.1. We have configured maintenance optimizer.

But in Maintenance Optimizer transaction we are not able to enter BASIC DATA (1. Solution*, 2. Product version).

Do let me know if i have to provide any additional details.
