customer address is not populating properly

in customer master creation i give all the details.

when i choose title as a MR&MRS on that the customer address is not populating

in my development we are using dbm (Delear businee managemnet).

when we are using cashdesk on that time the customer address is not populating properly.

for that we want's to raise OSS note.

can u suggest best solution for this
