final confirmation for single operation completes the whole order

while i am trying to do final confirmation in cor6n for one operation it completes the whole order,please let me know why this is happening??

Check control key attached to that phase.

How many operation do you have.? Also check in your control key that is it a milestone confirmation. ?

I have around 20 operations,also it's not the mile stone confirmation
