Dump for WF-BATCH user not assigned

Dear All,

We are using SRM 7.0 EHP1 extended scenario wirh support package level 11.

We create purchase orders, and we have one step approval for PO. A few days ago, everything was working fine, after PO approve, it was replicated to ECC automaticaly.

But today, after PO approve, it is not replicated to ECC. And there is a dump occuring in ST22 for WF-BATCH user which says RAISE_EXCEPTION , USER_NOT_ASSIGNED

Any idea what this happens ???

Best regards,

Dear All,

Thanks for the replies. I assigned WF-BATCH to organization. Problem resolved.

But i still didn't get why i have to assign it to organization. Makes no sense..

Hi,

In your SRM system can you check if the logical connections are working fine?

Navigate to SM59open up logical connectionsopen the workflow local node and do a connection test.
