Alerts in CRM 6.0

Hi Experts

I logged onto IC Manger profile and created a new alert and also associated that alert to the rule in my Dev system. However when i saved my alert and my rule i never got a "Transport Request" popup to enter the tranport details.

How do i transport to Quality and Production? How do we normally transport the rules created from IC Manger profile to other systems?
