As nitin suggest exactly this one u need to check batch as per ur mentioned inspection interval.but there is no need to maintain any thing in QA09. here i want to correct the Nitin.
This only need to maintain in QM view and in batch in MSC2N

hi dear
this is possible by maintaing the GR processing time in MM02 ---> Quality Management view.
Your Inspection interval is 365 Days
while u want GR 5 days before so maitain it accordingly and also checked if batch processing sceanrio is there.

Hi,
Since u want inspection lot every one year. Inspection interval in QM view will be 365 days.
How ever maintain Next inspection date in the Batch 11/11/12 - 5 days.
This will create inspection lot before 5 days even if you do not maintain any time period in Qa09.
Other wise, Maintain time perid as 5 days in QA09 or the background job U have scheduled. This will create lot 5 days before the expiration date.( Kind of similarity with Calib Horizon)
Nitin
Dear
it's not 360 days
u keep inspection interval as 365 only and put 5 days in GR processing. u may check next inspection date, period Indicator and all settings as per the PP process. this is very important for ur kind of execution.
I hope this may help u
