- Sart with a question; what is the difference between these computers? E.g.;

What print mode? ActiveX, PDF?

If activeX, ensure that the activeX controls can be downloaded to the client. (search for print control - search box, top right corner of this web page)

Is there a default printer installed?

Can you try a different defailt printer driver?

Is this a web or a win app?
