Initial Configuration error at J2EE Configuration step

When I try to start the J2EE Configuration in the third step of SolMan Initial Configuration, a new window of my browser is launched but in blank informing that Internet Explorer could not show the page.

My landscape is only the ERP and only with ABAP Stack, is SAP 4.7 Enterprise Edition and the SolMan. How can I configure J2EE and configure the SLD with this error?

Hi,

Have you tried to open that URL separately. Please make sure that hostname getting resolved on your machine where you running this URL.
