Failed to connect to Database, qualifier does not match wsdl error

For a specific customer connecting to our web service, the report returns Failed to connect to database, followed by an error containing the reason as " the qualifier does not match the wsdl". The same query returns data in a program like SoapSonar. What can be done to resolve this error?

This is unusual error, could not find any existing references to the exact wording:

" the qualifier does not match the wsdl".

I would suggest to verify if CR can consume resulting XML file:

Open the web service in IE - it should result with xml file

Save the xml file to your local drive

Try to connect CR to the local xml file.
