Delta Handling in Datasource 0FI_GL_10

Hi All,

I have replicated the Datasource 0FI_GL_10 and did a init with data transfer all the required records are fetched and when i did delta it is showing 0 records and I Searched in forums which didn't solved my issue.

My Questions are

1. When we do delta will it fetch the record which i created 3 hrs before (In some forums it is mentioned that this extractor will only fetch the data which is craeted yesterday)?

Please clarify and if possible can anyone say how to get the delta changes.

Hi

Yes it was right by default FI extractors will pick data as of yesterday only. if you want to test for immediate data entries then there is a small change in ECC side table.

Hi,

All the New GL DataSources works as Generic DataSource whose delta is based TIMESTAMP filed with Lower safety Limit set

as 3600 Sec by default. So when ever delta is run it will select all records that have been changed since the last delta load .

check the note 1392817 for more information on Delta Procedure

If you want to change the Safety Limit then refer to the note 1523670 on the procedure to chnage the safety limits.

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issue. Both Init with data transfer and Full load + init w/o data transfer work ok, but after that all daily deltas bring 0 records. Is there any known issue for 7.0 SP20 installations? I couldn't find any note.

Other AR AP CO datasources deltas are ok.

Please help!

Hi,

0FI_GL*,AR,AP and financial data source are build After image delta with calday changes (delta) hence you can get all the delta records once a day, since you are executed the Init today, you would not get delta records today try to execute next day then it would fetch all your record(which was created after Init) .
