Need to change Control Pricing Date for MIGO Document Date

Former Member

Hi all,

I got one requirement like i need to change the control pricing date to MIGO Document date. This control pricing date has been maintained in two places 1. vendor master creation and 2. Info record for vendor and material.

SAP is allowing PO date, deliverydate, GR date, etc....but how can i maintain the MIGO document date as pricing date.

Is there any exits or enhancements for this?

Thanks,

Vishnu

Hi Vishnu,

It's not possible through standard settings. Check with your technical guy for any avaiable enhancements for custom development.

Hi,

GR Price Date Category. Check in info record Pricing date category, under Conditions tab. Also check you have different condiiton values on these specified dates. (i.e. The date on which you expect the GR to be done).

Date of Price Determination

=> In the vendor master record, in the Pricing date control field, if you wish to use the same price determination date for all a vendoru2019s materials.

=> In the purchasing info record, in the Pricing date category field, if you wish to use a different pricing date for a certain material supplied by a particular vendor.

The value in the purchasing info record takes precedence over the value in the vendor master record.

Hope this is helpful to you!

hi,

For this go to xk02 and select your vendor select the purchase organization data view and then press enter in pricing date control field select the gr date from f4 options and save. GR date is nothing but migo date only.

Thanking you.

HI Purihella,

Thanks for your reply.

In inforecord, GR date means MIGO posting date. But i need to maintain the pricing date as MIGO Document Date not on MIGO Posting date.

Hope you understood the problem.

Thanks,

Do you see pricing date in material document?

Posting date should be the one you are looking for.
